Information we collect
- Order and account data: name, institution, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses.
- Transaction data: order contents, amounts and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our systems.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Correspondence: the content of messages you send to support, including any batch codes or documentation requests.
How we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders and provide the associated documentation.
- To manage your account and respond to enquiries.
- To meet legal, tax, customs and record-keeping obligations.
- To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the site.
- To send service messages, and — only with your consent — occasional technical or product updates.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar legislation applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (fulfilling orders); legal obligation (tax, customs and accounting records); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security, service improvement); and consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies).
Who we share data with
- Payment processors, to take and refund payment. For crypto payments we record the wallet address the funds came from and the transaction hash.
- Carriers and logistics partners, to deliver orders and provide tracking.
- Customs authorities, where documentation is required for import.
- IT, hosting and analytics providers acting under contract on our behalf.
We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.
Retention
Order and tax records are retained for the period required by law. Account data is kept while your account is active. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve and document your enquiry, then deleted or anonymised.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to staff who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Because we ship worldwide, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for such transfers.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the revision date shown at the top.
