1. Agreement
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to purchase on behalf of the institution you represent. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we dispatch the goods, not at the point of checkout. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot verify the intended research use. If we cancel, we refund any amount already paid.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude duties or taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must clear before dispatch. We accept card, PayPal, USDT, Bitcoin and bank transfer for eligible orders. Wholesale and institutional terms are agreed separately in writing.
Where you pay in USDT or Bitcoin, we confirm the wallet address and exact amount in your order thread. Payment is treated as received once the transaction has reached our required number of on-chain confirmations. Send only to the address we confirm, on the correct network — funds sent elsewhere cannot be recovered. Refunds on crypto orders are issued in the same cryptocurrency at the USD value originally received.
5. Intended use and buyer obligations
You agree that you will:
- Use products solely for lawful laboratory research by suitably qualified personnel;
- Not administer products to humans or animals, and not resell them for such purposes;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including import requirements;
- Handle, store and dispose of products in accordance with the batch documentation and good laboratory practice.
We may require a statement of intended use or institutional verification before fulfilling certain orders.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, product artwork, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to XYN98 and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Products are supplied for research use and come with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the specifications stated in the batch documentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of research time, data or grant funding.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Returns
Returns are governed by our return policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
